Why doesn’t Niqolas Bassano have phone support?

Niqolas Bassano does not have a call centre and we’re not set up to handle phone calls.

The Niqolas Bassano brand was built online and this includes our customer support. While you may receive an automated response at times, all channels are manned by human staff who are focused on helping you, fast.

What information do I need to provide?

Ensure you include as much information as possible, e.g. order numbers (#123456), email address, images, details, etc. This allows us to answer any questions you have as quick and efficiently as possible.

Tops Measurements include Chest, Waist and Hips.
Chest - measure full circle of chest 2.5cm below underarms. Waist - measure full circle at the narrowest (smallest) point of the waist. Hips -measure full circle at the widest (fullest) point of the hips.

MEN’S BOTTOMS

Bottoms Measurements include Waist, Hips and Inside Leg.
Waist - measure full circle at the narrowest (smallest) point of the waist. Hips - measure full circle at the widest (fullest) point of the hips. Inside Leg - measure full length of the inner leg from crotch to ankle.
