CHANGE MY ORDER
We are unable to make changes to your order once you’ve clicked the ‘place order’ button, this includes:
- Changing the item or size
- Delivery/Billing Address
- Adding more items to your order
- Adjusting Shipping method
However, there is a 10-minute grace window where you can cancel your order for any reason (including those listed above) by locating the order in your account area and clicking the ‘cancel order’ button.
After the 10-minute window, it is too late to cancel the order and you will need to follow our simple returns process. Launch from here.
If you don’t have a Niqolas Bassano account, we are unable to cancel the order for you but please do still contact us through one of the many available options to see if there is anything we can do.
We know accidents happen. Please take extra care when inputting address details at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, we cannot be held accountable if the order goes missing and are also not liable to refund/replace the order.
YOU'VE SENT THE WRONG ITEM
Although unlikely, in the event you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with the following information so that we can get this resolved for you faster than the speed of sound:
- Order Number
- Name of item that you didn’t receive, but was supposed to
- Name of item that you have received instead
- Photo of the item received, including logo and labels
Once we have received and reviewed the above details, our Customer Support team will get this resolved for you.
We may request for you to return the incorrect item to us through or returns process, you can find out more on our simple process here (hyperlink to Returns Information).
Wrong item claims for all orders received without the correct/missing items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Any claims outside this timeframe will not be accepted. Please contact our Customer Support team if you have any questions.
