RETURN POLICY

  • Products must be returned within 28 days of receiving order (excluding Christmas orders, which will be updated during the seasonal period).

  • Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached, as received.

  • Women’s underwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact.
  • Men’s underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging, as received.

  • We currently only offer refunds. Exchanges are not yet part of our returns policy.

  • Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one, in the same way the original order was placed. Combining orders will slow down the refund process.

              POP-UP STORES/EVENTS RETURNS POLICY

              Products purchased from a Niqolas Bassano event will be refunded with store credit in full amount. We don’t provide cash refunds for products purchased at pop-up stores/events. If you wish to return something from a pop-up store or event, please contact Customer Support and we will endeavour to assist you, as fast as we can. 

               

              RETURNS INFORMATION

              Follow these simple steps to register your return

              To return your Niqolas Bassano order FREE via any Royal Mail Post Office, just follow these steps below.
              • To make a return, peel off the enclosed pre-paid Royal Mail label in your order and attach it onto your parcel. If you don’t have a returns label, you can simply reach out to us via one of the Support channels and we will be happy to provide you with a new one.
              • Complete the returns note that came with your parcel and place it into the parcel with your return. Be sure to include your order number, e.g. #UK108392 and your email address in the comments box.
              • Simply take your parcel into any Post Office. If you’ve used the label included in your parcel, hand it over to staff and they’ll handle the rest!
              • Click here to find your nearest Post Office. Remember to ask for a proof of return receipt.
              • We will send you an email notification once we have received your return at our warehouse. Once we have your item(s), please allow up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for us to process your refund.
              • All returned items should be sent back in their as received, original condition and packaging including the tags, eg. leggings should be returned in their original mailing bag. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
               

              RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM

              We’re sorry to hear that! Send us the following info and we’ll look into it:
              • Order Number
              • Item Number
              • Photos showing:
                • a) Product fault as clearly as you possibly can
                • b) Full length photo of the product
                • c) Niqolas Bassano logo and label
              Please don’t send your faulty item back to us unless otherwise requested; this is key in allowing us to identify a resolution as efficiently as possible.
