Niqolas Bassano take online safety seriously. We’re aware of fraudsters’ ways of exploiting customers, including scams by email or SMS, posing as Niqolas Bassano on social media or even simply trying to guess your credentials to gain access to your accounts.

Here’s a few tips to help you stay safe when shopping online, we’ll do the rest:

Our online store is Level 1 PCI DDS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Compliant. Secure shopping guarantee is established for every transaction made with Niqolas Bassano. Remember to shop on secure sites that display the padlock symbol beside the URL in your web browser.

STRONG PASSWORDS

Having strong passwords are one of the easiest ways to protect your online accounts and your data. If you have many passwords to remember you can now make managing multiple complex passwords easy with a Password Manager. Some are built into your web browser (such as Safari, Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge) and others are part of the operating system on your smartphone or tablet (such as Apple Keychain). Never use personal information as passwords that can easily be found on your social media channels.

AVOID PHISHING

Phishing is a method used by cyber criminals to trick you into disclosing personal information by clicking on certain links within fake emails or websites so they can steal something from you, such as money or personal data.

If you receive an email asking you to enter personal information such as bank details and passwords or it holds a sense of urgency indicating there may be a threat or security risk to your account unless you take immediate action, be safe and avoid interaction. Modern email providers now have ‘Mark as Spam’ or ‘Report Phishing’ features to help mitigate these types of unwanted mail and remove them from future attempts.

PAYMENT ISSUES & PROMOTIONS

Please check the payment error message that may appear for more information if your order is unsuccessful.

If your payment fails please check that there are enough available funds on your card to cover the order and shipping, some online cards such as Revolut and Monzo also have the ability to switch on/off online payments in their App, so also check this and retry the order. If it still isn’t successful, please contact your bank for more information.

  • Forgotten your password? Click the 'Forgot your password?' link on the Account Login page to reset your password

Still no luck? Contact our Support team on one of the Support channels giving as much detail as you can about the issue, including screen shots of any error message you get and what you’ve done to try to resolve it. We’ll look into it further for you!
